Construction & Development Update – June 2026

 

Since AVID Property Group’s acquisition of Rosella Rise in 2025, there’s been plenty happening behind the scenes, and we’re excited to share the latest progress across the community.

 

Construction Progress

We’ve officially commenced works on Stages 3A and 3B, which will deliver 80 new lots to the community. Demand has been strong, with approximately 60% of these lots already sold.

Bulk earthworks are progressing well, with around 50% now complete. Following this, civil works will continue to take shape over the coming months. We anticipate these stages will be completed and ready for registration between late 2026 and early 2027.

 

What’s Coming Next?

Planning is currently underway for the future park and open spaces, which will enhance the lifestyle offering at Rosella Rise. These spaces are designed to support a connected, active community, and we look forward to sharing more details in our next update.

 

A Range of Living Options

Rosella Rise continues to offer a diverse range of lot sizes, catering to first home buyers, growing families, and those looking to upgrade. Buyers can choose from flat, easy-to-build lots as well as house and land packages delivered in partnership with experienced local builders – making it easier to find a home that suits your lifestyle.

 

Infrastructure Updates

We’re also pleased to see that upgrades to Warnervale Road are underway, supporting improved access and connectivity for residents and the broader community.

Beyond construction, Rosella Rise is being shaped as a community where neighbours can connect and feel at home. In line with AVID’s vision, we’re looking forward to introducing a range of community events and initiatives designed to bring residents together.

While the community is still taking shape, plans are underway for future events and local partnerships that will create opportunities for residents to meet, celebrate, and build lasting connections. From seasonal gatherings to welcoming new residents, these initiatives will play an important role in fostering a vibrant and inclusive neighbourhood.

Supporting local organisations and community programs will be an important part of Rosella Rise as it evolves, helping to build strong connections within the wider region.
