Family Fun Day at Rosella Rise, Warnervale

WARNERVALE, NSW – Central Coast families came together for a free community event at Rosella Rise on Saturday, 5th April, enjoying a day filled with entertainment and neighbourhood connection.

The Family Fun Day marked the completion of the Renee 7 home, the first in the Stellar Collection built in this community. It’s a unique project that brings together cutting-edge sustainable design with genuine social purpose – and it was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate alongside the Warnervale community.

The fun-filled day gave prospective homebuyers and local families the chance to experience firsthand how Rosella Rise brings together the best of country and coastal living.

The Renee 7 is a centrepiece of the neighbourhood, representing the seventh in the Renee Series – an initiative built on the generous collaboration of more than 60 industry partners who donated their materials, labour and expertise to create a complete turnkey home. The profits from the sale go directly to the Steve Waugh Foundation, helping support children and families living with rare diseases.

Rosella Rise has been designed with social connection in mind. The neighbourhood features dedicated parks and tranquil walking paths, creating spaces where neighbours naturally come together and active living becomes part of everyday life.
